1. Acceptance of Terms & Privacy
By downloading, accessing, or using the Rehbar application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
2. User Accounts
You may create an account using your Email, Google, or Apple credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Rehbar offers auto-renewing premium subscriptions that unlock advanced features. The available subscription plans are:
- Rehbar Pro Monthly: A 1-month auto-renewable subscription.
- Rehbar Pro Yearly: A 1-year auto-renewable subscription.
By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
- Pricing: Subscription pricing is clearly displayed within the app prior to purchase and may vary depending on your region and local currency.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the initial subscription.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Deleting the Rehbar app or your Rehbar account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
- Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.
4. User-Generated Content & AI Mufti
The App includes an AI Mufti feature powered by artificial intelligence. By using this feature, you agree to the following:
- Acceptable Use: You will not submit prompts that are abusive, illegal, offensive, or intended to exploit the AI.
- Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any violation of our acceptable use guidelines will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
- Reporting: If you encounter any offensive behavior, inaccurate/harmful AI responses, or objectionable content, please report it immediately by contacting us at everydaydeen.official@gmail.com. We review all reports and will take appropriate action within 24 hours.
- Disclaimer: The AI Mufti is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is an AI and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect Islamic rulings (fatwas) or information. You should always consult a qualified human scholar for serious religious guidance. We are not liable for any actions taken based on the AI's responses.
5. Leaderboard Fair Play
Rehbar includes a gamified Leaderboard. Users are expected to play fairly. Any attempt to artificially manipulate points, cheat, or exploit bugs to climb the Leaderboard will result in immediate disqualification and potential account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and graphics within the App are the intellectual property of Rehbar and its developers, unless otherwise stated (such as open-source Quranic text). You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the Effective Date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:
- Acknowledgment: You and Rehbar acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Rehbar only, and not with Apple, and Rehbar, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Scope of License: The license granted to you for the App is a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Maintenance and Support: Rehbar is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
- Warranty: Rehbar is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
- Product Claims: You and Rehbar acknowledge that Rehbar, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App.
- Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Rehbar, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
- Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
